Hi you probably already know alot about remembrance day but you probably don’t know well firstly how I feel about all that happend in the war and some stories that you probably don’t know already. Firstly I think it was a sad time for thoughs who fought in the war and the jewish people that either had to work and been taken away from their homes and their families, that was taken to a consertration camps or into a room where the gas in the room made them not able to breath and then dead. That is preety sad if you think about it but what is even more sad to me is that well this is what happened they didn’t know what to do about all the dead jewish people that died in holocaust so they decided to burn them in a fire also the Canadians and Americians heard about rumers that they were doing that until they acually went there then they forced them to burry the dead people isen’t that sad. Now the military deaths were sad also it was hard on D day.

My dad’s family is Jewish, and my great grandfather (my great Opa) was actually in a concentration camp during the war. Fortunately he managed to escape and his whole family (my grandmother’s family) was able to relocate to South America afterward. I shudder to think how differently things would have been if they hand’t been able to do this. I might not be here now.
Thank you for your thoughtful entry.
