Warm Place For Woman
On May 6,2010 I went to warm place for woman. It was pretty cool seeing all of the woman with their children soo happy geting clothes, food, and prizes for raffle tickets. No one looked like they’re poor or even almost poor. I bet they just feel like us when they’re there. And I love seeing all of them happy. So yeah it was a good experience for me and I’d like to do it again.

Learning About Disabled People
I feel sorry for disabled people because they just want to be normal like everyone else. Also back then in Europe people thought that woman who were disabled were witches. Now I think thats awful because just because they may look diffrent doesn’t mean they’re witches. Then it got better because in Russia they had the first school for disabled people. Then came world war 2 where things really got worst they put disabled people along with the Jewish in gas chambors then the church diagreed about puting those people in gas chambors so Hitler decided that they would’nt put them in gas chambors anymore instead they would murder them or make them starve. Like isen’t that awful! After learning all of this I am glad that things has changed from the past and I do think it was worthwhile learning this.

Big Idea [Paralympics]
The paralympic athletes are sooo excited to be here . I think it’s a great opputunitey for them since they can now do things we can do. Now I’ll tell you how hey feel about doing this. They are sooo glad to be out of their weel chair because it’s not fun to be hurt as I’m sure you know unless your the kind of person who likes geting hurt. Also to them it’s like they don’t have a injury because they’re doing normal stuff that we can do. And for the athletes that before they had a injury love to ski then I bet they are very happy that they can still ski. Also the weird thing is that it feels both fun and scary from the speed they’re going. Another thing they like about it is that it’s challenging because imangine how hard it is to ski with a injury. And the great thing is that when they get on the podium they feel like the happiest person on earth! Now I hope you now know enough infomation on how they feel!

Update on Real Acts of caring
Now that I have done my real act of caring I will tell you how it went. It felt really good going around the neighborhood giving out cookies. Only some people weren’t home or didn’t want any but besides that things worked out. A lot of the people were surprised that I was giving them a cookies for no charge. Now I think the thing I’m going to do next is I’m going to pick up garbage around my school!

Real Act Of Caring
This week I plan to bake cookies and give them out to my neighbors for FREE! I first got the idea when my teacher said that I had to do a act of kindness and so I decided that it would be a kind thing to give someone cookies for no money because it would make them feel special.
First I need to plan what I’m going to do so I know for sure that it will work out.
1. I need to go out and shop for the ingredients
2. I need to bake the cookies on Saturday
3.

Remembrance Day
Hi you probably already know alot about remembrance day but you probably don’t know well firstly how I feel about all that happend in the war and some stories that you probably don’t know already. Firstly I think it was a sad time for thoughs who fought in the war and the jewish people that either had to work and been taken away from their homes and their families, that was taken to a consertration camps or into a room where the gas in the room made them not able to breath and then dead. That is preety sad if you think about it but what is even more sad to me is that well this is what happened they didn’t know what to do about all the dead jewish people that died in holocaust so they decided to burn them in a fire also the Canadians and Americians heard about rumers that they were doing that until they acually went there then they forced them to burry the dead people isen’t that sad. Now the military deaths were sad also it was hard on D day.
